THE FOUNDER
Viviana Hurtado earned a PhD from Yale University and has taught Executive Communications and leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley Haas, and Stanford.
She spent 20 years as a network broadcast journalist and anchor, most recently at Bloomberg, where she covered the economy, business, and the American workforce. She founded Digna Vita AI after watching AI adoption hollow out companies around her and recognizing that the systems responsible for responding were not built to address what today's workers actually need. She built what was missing: a modern workforce development model serving resilient workers and whole communities.
